Finding Stillness at Nopalitos with Manuela Mejía

In 2020, Colombian singer and songwriter Manuela Mejía came to Nopalitos while creating the visual world around Imaginarte, a project born during a period of reflection and transformation in Tulum.

The song and the video captures something we have always loved about this place.

NEEK can be full of music, conversations, long tables and people jumping into the water. But there are also moments when the lagoon becomes completely still — especially early in the morning or as the light begins to change.

Imaginarte captured that other side of Nopalitos.
