A Day at NEEK

A Day at NEEK

Some visitors stay for two hours.

Most stay until sunset.

That's the rhythm of the lagoon.

There is no itinerary to follow, only enough experiences to let the day unfold naturally.

Arrive early

The best time to arrive is before 12:30 PM, when reserved tables and beach beds are still available.

After that, entry depends on daily capacity.

Arriving early means more time to enjoy the lagoon and choose your favorite place to spend the day.

Start with the water

The lagoon is the center of every visit.

Swim in crystal-clear water. Explore by kayak or paddleboard. Or simply float while the rest of the world slows down.

Your Day Pass includes:

  • Lagoon access
  • Kayaks
  • Paddleboards
  • Parking
  • Restrooms

Stay for lunch

By midday, the restaurant becomes part of the experience.

Fresh food. Craft cocktails. Long conversations that usually last much longer than expected. There is no rush here.

Before you visit

To help preserve the lagoon, we ask every guest to follow a few simple guidelines:

  • Bring your own towel.
  • Use only biodegradable sunscreen.
  • No outside food or beverages.

These small details help protect one of Tulum's most beautiful natural ecosystems.

Reserve ahead

Capacity is intentionally limited to keep the experience comfortable for everyone.

If you're planning to visit during weekends or holidays, reserving in advance is highly recommended.
